Can I Exchange Products?Updated a year ago

Wine Chips does not accept exchanges. We do however allow for unwanted items to be returned for a full refund. All returns must be processed within 30 days of the original purchase. 

To be eligible for a refund all items must be returned. When applicable, this includes the container tube and all bags in the order. If a bag has been opened we asked that you securely seal it and include it in your return. We reserve the right to give partial refunds for orders that are returned missing items. 
 
In order to process your return you will need to cover the return shipping. Once we receive it in our warehouse we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price. Once the refund has been processed you will see it reflected in your account in 3-5 business days.
