How to change your renewal date
If your upcoming processing date doesn't work for you, it can be changed.
NOTE: Once you change the renewal date for an order it will update all future orders. If you just need to change it for one month you will need to change the date back once the changed order ships.
To change your renewal date please follow these steps:
Log into your account at winechips.com and click on the person icon in the upper right hand corner to get to your account.
- Under the Account Details area click on "Manage Subscriptions"
- Then click on the order you would like the date change to affect
- Then click where the order date is listed and choose your date on the calendar pop up.
- Once the date is chosen click the Update next order date button and you are set.
