How to skip an upcoming order.Updated 2 years ago

If you have an upcoming renewal order that you won't be able to enjoy for whatever reason you can skip that month without being charged. Your subscription will process the next month as normal so you will continue receiving monthly deliveries. 

To skip an upcoming order please follow these steps:

Log into your account at winechips.com and click on the person icon in the upper right hand corner to get to your account. 

• Under the Account Details area click on "Manage Subscriptions" 
• Then click on the order you would like to skip
• Scroll down until you see Skip this order and click it
• Confirm the skip in the pop up and you are all set
