An order can be canceled and receive a full refund before it has processed to ship. Once an order has a tracking number we are no longer able to stop it from shipping. 

Shipped Orders are eligible for return within 30 days of your purchase. Starter kits and unopened bags of Wine Chips should be returned to receive a refund. Please see our RETURN Policy for instructions.

Once your return has been processed your refund will be issued. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process once it has been issued.
