Asiago- Asiago is an incredibly flavorful, cheesy Wine Chip, and the feedback from its Private Reserve release was amazing! In fact, it was such a hit that Asiago officially graduated this month to a full fledged flagship flavor in its own full color tube! Pair Asiago Wine Chips with a Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc or with your favorite fruity red wine such as Zinfandel or Sangiovese. They’re a masterpiece!

Manchego- Our Manchego Wine Chips taste of rich, sheep's milk cheese with hints of wild strawberries, watermelon with citrus and floral notes that pairs perfectly with a Rose, Bubbly, Champagne and nearly any white wine or a delicious full-bodied red wine such as a Tempranillo.

Smoked Gouda- Smoked Gouda’s smoky, sweet saltiness are a perfect match for the wine lover in all of us. Our custom Smoked Gouda flavored chip pairs well with a Cabernet Sauvignon and nearly all red wines or get a little risky with a good Pinot Grigio or a festive sparkling wine like an exotic Metodo, Cava, Sekt, Espumante or even a great Rose.

Blue Cheese- Yes. Wine Chips did Blue Cheese.  Blue’s bigness shines with the balanced strength & sweetness of Sauvignon Blanc, Port, Chardonnay or any sweet wine that suits your fancy!

Spicy Calabrese- Our first charcuterie hit! Spicy Calabrese offers the rich, tangy, spicy goodness of a classic Italian calabrese with quite a kick! This pairs well with Primitivo, Zinfandel, Riesling, or any Medium Bodied Red Wine.

Dry Aged Ribeye- The Dry Aged Ribeye Wine Chip is designed to evoke the experience of savoring a delicious ribeye steak with your favorite glass of red wine. Once you pair the Dry Aged Ribeye Wine Chip with a full bodied red (or with any red wine for that matter), you will understand what all of the fuss is about!

Hawaiian Red Sea Salt- Hawaiian Red Sea Salt Private Reserve by Wine Chips. The ultimate, sweet and salty wine snack from the Red Clay Hawaiian Island of Moloka‘i. These pair well with almost anything from a dry Chardonnay to a sweet red table wine.

Serrano Cheddar- We in the Southwestern United States have come to love the Serrano Pepper.  Hailing originally from the Puebla and Hidalgo regions of Mexico, the name of the pepper is actually a reference to the beautiful Sierra Madre mountain range of Northeastern Mexico. Notably hotter than Jalapeno peppers, Serrano peppers have long been used as an ingredient to add spiciness and a distinctively delicious flavor to the cuisines of Mexico and the American Southwest. Paired with the sharp cheddar cheese that we source from Racine, Wisconsin, Serrano peppers create a spiciness and a subtle smokiness that make for an unforgettably powerful and cheesy taste experience. The Wine Chips Private Reserve family has just taken a sharp, exciting turn! If you’re a cheese lover and you like your gourmet snacks to have a little pop, this flavor was made for you! Enjoy it with your favorite Cabernet Sauvignon or if you are in a white mood, a fruity Riesling.

Billionaire’s Bacon- It’s a tangy, sweet & savory Wine Chip that tastes like a crispy piece of maple-glazed bacon, only it’s actually a hand-made vegetarian gourmet wine snack! Pair our Billionaire’s Bacon with rich, ripe reds, port or your favorite dessert wine!

Sel Gris- It’s called Sel Gris, and it’s one of the world’s most iconic artisanal hand-harvested salts. Sel Gris is a gray crystalline sea salt harvested from clay-lined salt ponds in the GuĂ©rande region of France. It is world renowned as an adaptable, premium gourmet salt that is an essential component in any salt selection. We’ve added a twist of lemon made from real lemon juice concentrate and lemon oil, and we’ve mixed in a touch of sugar to balance out the tartness of the lemon and create one of our most distinct flavor experiences. Pair Sel Gris with a Blanc de Blanc, Champagne, Cava, Prosecco or a CrĂ©mant.

Black Lava Jalapeno- The Jalapeños we use are grown in the Yucatan Peninsula of Eastern Mexico and are dried at the peak of freshness. The Black sea salt in this chip is an all-natural product of the Pacific, featuring sun-dried Hawaiian ocean salts blended with an activated charcoal powder derived from tropical coconut shells. Try pairing these Wine Chips with champagne, riesling, pinot noir ... OR, as perhaps our opción favorita, we would also have to include a delicious margarita or any top shelf tequila cocktail as one of the optimal pairings. It's a wonderful snack to enjoy on Cinco de Mayo or any summer picnic or barbecue!

Chef’s Select Baked Potato-The Chef’s Select Baked Potato includes delicious sour cream notes as well as a strong hint of onion and creamy butter. Pair with a Pinot Noir, Burgundy or a Chardonnay.

Spicy Onion Gouda- It’s the perfect mix of onion, real gouda cheese, and with a mild spicy kick added in, it may make you wish you could eat them forever.  This pairs well with Chardonnay, Sparkling Wines, Cava, Medium-Bodied Red Wines, Syrah, & Zinfandel.

Ray’s Texas BBQ- Inspired by Ray Isle, Chief Wine Editor of Food & Wine Magazine,  this delicious mesquite-flavored BBQ Wine Chip has equal parts tanginess, sweetness and smokiness!  It’s almost like you’re pulling them directly off the grill! This flavor pairs well with lighter red wines such as Zinfandel, Malbec, Amarone, Valpolicella Ripasso, and Aussie Shiraz.

Salt & Vinegar- Our take on this classic comes with a kick! This Wine Chip has the perfect balance of tangy and salty notes. Pair this with your favorite zesty withe wine, such as a Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadet, Albarino, or a Kerner.

Himalayan Salt & Vinegar- We took our Salt and Vinegar flavor and elevated it with a beautiful pink Himalayan Salt. Pair this with your favorite zesty white wine, such as a Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadet, Albarino, or a Vinho Verde.

The best pairing advice that we can give is: Pair what you like. Everyone's taste buds are different. These guidelines based on flavor profiles but we also recommend experimentation. Pick your favorite wine(s) and pair them with different flavors. You never know what combination may WOW your taste buds.

Let us know what your favorite pairing is, we love experimenting with chips and wine.

Cheers
