Our warehouse normally operates Monday through Friday and orders are typically processed within 2-3 days of the order being placed; ongoing Covid restrictions have slowed our processes down. During particularly busy times, such as major holidays and gift-giving seasons, orders can take longer to be processed, but we always do our best to get our customers their shipments as quickly as we can.
Once an order has processed a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. Once our shipping partner picks the order up for delivery, the tracking will update.
During busy times, our shipping partners experience much higher than normal volume and work hard to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Once the package is picked up we have the same tracking information that is provided to you. We rely on our delivery partners to deliver orders as quickly as possible. We partner with UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
